14:21:05: Facility staff Wiles is seen entering holding room 5.

14:21:20: Wiles approaches SUBJECT #279-PSY. SUBJECT appears unresponsive. Basic restraints in place. Vitals steady but subdued.

14:21:24: Wiles is seen checking SUBJECT's monitors.

14:21:50: Wiles moves away from the monitors and returns to prep tray.

14:21:55: Wiles dons gloves and goes to change SUBJECT's IV bag.

14:22:03: Wiles is seen leaning over SUBJECT.

14:22:04: Wiles goes still.

14:23:04: Wiles straightens and begins removing the IV lines from SUBJECT.

14:23:34: Wiles begins to remove SUBJECT's restraints.

14:23:59: SUBJECT seems groggy, movement clumsy. She reaches out to Wiles, who helps her to her feet and holds her steady until she finds her balance.

14:24:20: Wiles removes lab coat and sets it aside.

14:24:22: Wiles begins to remove SUBJECT's monitors and reapply them to himself.

14:24:42: Wiles climbs onto bed and applies restraints at his ankles and waist.

14:24:50: SUBJECT places Wiles's wrists in restraints. Wiles seems unresponsive.

14:25:02: SUBJECT dons Wiles's lab coat and uses a pen to pull back hair.

14:25:12: SUBJECT exits room with cart.

14:25:13: SUBJECT is seen making her way down the hall.

14:25:20: SUBJECT abandons cart at entrance to stairwell. Stairwell cameras inoperable.

14:25:21: Figure thought to be 104-EMP appears on third floor cameras.

14:25:30: SUBJECT exits stairwell on third floor.

14:25:31: All security cameras inoperable.
